L.i.E. is a 7-piece metal band from Augusta, Georgia that is a much more than just a metal band, mixing in keyboards and violin. L.i.E. is influenced by everything from 60’s psychedelia, 70’s prog rock, 80’s metal, 90’s alternative, to turn of the century contemporary music. Dubbed “fearless” and “not content to merely toss out comfortable music for the modern rock crowd” by critics, L.i.E. seeks to create memorable pieces of music that balance the extreme with the mainstream and add a touch of the symphonic, progressive, and occasionally downright ludicrous. The band was voted as Augusta's 'favorite lokal band' in a recent online poll.
