Cuban Salsa On The River!

Don’t miss this SALSA ROOTS Boat Party!

400 people, tickets going fast!

This is one of the best Salsa parties in New York City, this BOAT PARTY takes place only once a year. Together with LaFarrany we present the best floating dance party with a Cuban Salsa band and two simultaneous DJ's. This year we will have LIVE MUSIC by Grupo Cachimba. Cachimba is a unique New York based band, mixing traditional Afro Cuban rhythms with Salsa creating an unmistakable sound. Featuring the lead vocals of the great Abraham Rodriguez, Cachimba Inolvidable fuses Santeria chants, Rumba and Afro-Cuban folklore with Son, mambo and descarga as it keeps the crowd dancing to a vibrant, pulsating beat at each performance.

Abraham Rodriguez - Voice and Percussion
Hector 'Papote' Jimenez - Voice and Percussion
Itai Kriss - Flute, arrangements
Rafi Malkiel - Trombone
Jack Glottman - Piano
Carlos Velasquez/Louie Arona - Bass

Our 2 DJs DJ DAVID MEDINA & DJ Andre & Guest DJ Alejandro Bouza will be spinning on the two decks for your dancing pleasure. One floor with Cuban music and Salsa and one floor with Brazilian, World Groove, Colombian hits, Rock, Pop, Vallenato and Cumbia.
