Ade,

Our first week of the campaign went very well. We were able to do all that we needed in our first week, including graphics/logos, a photo shoot, video slideshow production including rotating logos and set up and design of the Signs Official Facebook page and Official Twitter profile.

This report is divided into the following categories:

Signs Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SignsAlbum

We created the Official Signs facebook page from scratch including selecting the facebook URL, inputting the Biography, Photos, Videos, and additional posts which included the link to a positive article (A Slice of Hip-Hop: “Game Light,” by Signs). Examples of facebook posts are shown in the screen shots below:

Correspondence

We had extended communication this week, meeting on three separate occasions (3 hours minimum each) in person this week. Email, then phone and facebook were the prime methods of communication other than the mentioned meetings. The following are screen shots of some of our correspondence which display measurable results of this weeks work. You can click on the images to enlarge them.

Other

For the first week of the campaign, Other includes logo clean-up and placement with Adobe Photoshop, slideshow video creation with two separate video editing programs and an outdoor photo shoot along Lake Michigan. We also discussed creating a Radio Submit profile (with radio-download feature off) for week two, and adding their flash player with videos and biography to blogs to increase facebook, twitter and iTunes traffic.

Logo Work

There was a lot of work with cleaning, placing and altering the Signs logo on the first week of the campaign. Here are some examples of that work:

This graphic is a combination of a photo (which needed a tight border removed), the Signs logo (which we changed the color of), and the "Now Available on iTunes" piece (which we created text over an iTunes logo we found with a white background).

This graphic is a combination of the original album artwork (Signs logo and Volume .1), with a version of the Too Deep Records logo (which we cleaned-up) and the "Available on iTunes" piece (which we created text over an iTunes logo we found with a white background).
