Sinister Moustache Follow-Up Report
May 22nd. 2013
Aami,
As we are both aware, the campaign we hosted for you did not end on a note we were both satisfied with. As a result of this, I have been developing a follow-up campaign to satisfactorily finish the campaign for you.
The campaign is divided into several categories: Facebook, Twitter, Radio Submit, Music Submit, and Online Submissions.
Please consider this campaign as complete as I now do and accept my apologies for the delay in completing your initial campaign.
We have started working on re-developing our promotion strategy. As a result of the constant and consistent meetings that led up to our current strategy, we have a new outlay for our radio promotion campaigns.
Below is our new basic strategy for our campaigns. Please keep us and our new developments in mind if you ever chose to pursue radio promotion in the future.
Four Week Set-Up:
Week 1 Gather All information about the artists
Week 2 Do initial set-up of all profiles required for music submission
Week 3 Create the details for profiles and send out for approval
Week 4 Make any necessary edits and then launch campaigns
Twelve Week Campaign:
:
Week 1 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in music submissions
Week 2 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in music submissions
Week 3 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in music submissions
Week 4 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in music submissions
Week 5 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions

Week 8 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions
Week 9 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions
Week 10 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions as well as heavy search for chart action
Week 11 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions as well as heavy search for chart action
Week 12 heavy facebook and twitter promotion plus mail-in and online music submissions as well as heavy search for chart action
Follow Up:
Week 1 add additional data that we've discovered to final report
Week 2 add additional data that we've discovered to final report
Week 3 add additional data that we've discovered to final report
Lastly, if it wouldn't be too imprudent, we are hoping to collect people's opinions on our current work. If you have the time and ability, a recommendation on our follow-up report for your campaign would be most welcome and appreciated.
Thank you,
Bill Morton
